Denise Picard

Denise Picard has served as Controller for Creative Management Company for more than 25 years. Armed with her strong faith, the desire to help others and an unmatched ability to wear many hats, Denise has been an integral part of the team during the company’s growth and evolution. Denise spearheads property transitions and acquisitions, oversees budgets and handles all banking needs. In addition to preparing and distributing monthly financial packages to property managers and the Board of Directors, she works closely with each association’s auditor to ensure all records are in compliance. As Office Manager, Denise is responsible for the day-to-day operations and handles staffing, employee placements and promotions, and all aspects of human resources. She graduated with honors with an accounting degree and has continued her professional growth through Leadership Development and Teambuilding, Affordable Care Act Continuum and Conference for Women Leadership.
