Jeff Douglas

Leading Creative Management Company as President is Jeff Douglas. Jeff’s approachable personality sets the tone for the company’s welcoming and friendly environment responsible for the management of more than 140 condominium, townhome and single-family communities in the Greater Houston area. Both a people person and a hands-on businessman, Jeff is active in the Greater Houston Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (GHCCAI) where he served on the Board of Directors for three years, including one year as chapter President. Jeff has also served as Chairman of the Education Program Committee and is a former member of the Conference and Trade Show Committee. Jeff graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a minor in real estate. He received his licensing as a Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. Jeff recognizes the individual needs of each of his employees and the talent each offers to the company and its clients. He takes great pride in providing a working environment that promotes longevity and pride.
